DANCING STYLE TEXTS
CREATE YOUR OWN STYLE
Everyone has Dance style.Even if u have one that makes you look like a chicken in an electric chair, that's still a style. However, if you feel like you have two left feet nd are tired of embarrassing yourself by dancing like the said chicken, then follow these steps to make your style without ever having to walk into dance studio.....
1-Think..Keep in mind, before you start, that dancing takes a certain level of courage. You can't be afraid to go crazy, but you also need to FOCUS on your limits nd what u can do.Think about,if you have these necessary things to create a dancing style that you can call your own..
2-Make sure u are alone-After all, you are going to have to do some pretty goofy stuf before you can perfect your personal dance style and unless you want to be laughed at, solitude is your best option.Although some prefer to have a pet with them for comfort...
3-Wearing something Comfortable..This Mean Lyk Those ratty sweats you'd never wear in public or that boxer shorts/T-shirts combo that your spouse keeps threatening to throw away but never does.Or even your pajamas. Something light and stretchy
and easy to move in..
4-Stand in Front Of FUll Length Mirror..You're Going to be the star of your own prsonal show, and you need an audience. What Better audience than once which will appreciate you no matter what you do? Fake applause is optional as well..
5-Turn on the Tunes..Make Sure It's something you like and it's got a beat to it..
6-GEt a feel for the music..Close your eyes and listen to the music.Relax your body, feel the music in your body and start to sway.Open your eyes and....
7-Go For It..Move Your Feet and tap to the rhythm. The point here is to get comfortable moving your body to music.Use the HairBrush to Sing if you want don't worry, the only one you;ll scare is your pet, who cares what it thinks? GO crazy...
8-Watch yourself in the Mirror..Are these any moves you like? Any you would like to toss out the door with yesterday's newspaper?Meke a mental note of it.If you're realy
serious, you may want to break out the video camera..
9-Look at the pro..Go to a video website and look up dance videos and see a little of how it's supposed to be (Good thing to search for would be like ballrooom, samba, Cha-cha,B-boy,breakdance,arm wave, Moon walk, waltz etc)Just beware of the people that only think they can dance..
10-Emphasize the positive..Really like that shoulder roll you do when you've got your groove thing on?Try to do it on purpose.Try to do it at different angeles and speeds to
discover which one looks best.Once You've got it to where you like it,feel free to bow to the audience. They'll love you for it.Do this for each move you like..
11-Eliminate the Negative..By now you have realized that the thing you do with your head where it moves back and fourth only emphasizes the electrocuted chicken look. Your Audience may not be complaining,But you sure know about it, nd it is not helping out your groove thing one little bit.Don't does toss it out the door, fix it!Do the same thing you did with the thing you've liked.Try it slower and faster, chgange the angle, roll instead of jerking it back and fourth.Do this for each moves that needs
fixing untill you're happy with what you see...
12-Practice Combinations..Remember:Emphasize the positive,Eliminate the negative nd blend your all-too-groovy moves untill your audience can't help but cheer at
your fantastic self.,
13-Strut your stuff in public-Just Remember toi leave the hairbrush at home and wear something besides the ultra-comfortable clothes.Don't be afraid to show others your
wonderful dancing skills..

Balance your body
BALANCE YOUR BODY
Balance is the ability to maintain the centre of the body while minimizing postural sway.It is a state of bodily equilibrium characterized by complete stillness, void of opposing forces on all sides.balance is achieved through the cordination of three
body systems; the vistibular system, Motor system nd Visual system. The vestibular system is located in the inner ear,the motor system is made up of muscles, tendons and joints, nd the visual system sends signals from the eyes to the brain about the
current position of the body..
Staying balance is not a matter of staying rigidly in one spot. Balance is found by continually shifting the body to make subtle adjustments. DANCING requires these quick changes in positioning of the body, especially in the feet, enkles, knees and hips.Because the eyes are not fixated on a single point, good balance is necessary to make smooth, complete MOVES<<>>

Hip-Hop Style,,, How to do??
Dance passion
HIP-HOP
Hip-hop dance refers to dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or
that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of style notably breaking, locking and poping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the united states. The television show Soul Train and the 1980s film Breakin', Beat Streat and Wild Style showcased these crews and dance styles in their early stages; therefore, giving hip-hop mainstream exposure. The dance industry responded with a studio based version of hip-hop- sometimes called new style- and jazz-funk.Classicaly trained dancers developed these studios styles in order to create choreography from the hip-hop dance that were being performed on thestreat.Because of this development, hop-hop dance is practiced in both dance studios and outdoor spaces. The commercialization of hip-hop dancecontinued in 1990s and 2000s with the production of several other television shows and movies such as The Grind, Dance 360, Planet B-Boy, Rize, StreatDance 3D, American's Best Dance Crew, the Step Up film franchise, and The LXD, a web series. Though the dance is established inentertainment,it stil maintains a strong presence in urbans neighborhoods which has led to the creation of streat dance derivatives turfing, krumping,andjerkin'.Hip-hop dance has a particularly strong influence in France, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. France is the home of juste debout, an internationalhip-hop competition, and The Battle of the year, the largest team-based breaking competition in the world. Soth Korea is home to the internationalbreaking competition R16 which is sponsored by the government and broadcast every year live on Korea television. Like France, the UK also hosts to international competition. The UK B-Boy Championships and the world streat dance championships.what distinguishes hip-hop dance from other forms of dances is that it is often freestyle(improvisation) in nature and hip hop dance crews often engagein freestyle competitions, colloquially reffered to as battles. Crews, freestyling, the battles are identifiers of this style. Hip-hop dance can beform of entertainment or a hobby, It can also be a lifestyle; a way to be active in phisical fitness or competitive dance and a way to make a living bydancing professionally.**Studio hip-hop is choreographed hip-hop social dancing. From a technical aspect, it is charecterized as hard-hitting involving flexiblity and issolation--moving a specific body part independently from others .The feet are grounded, the chest is down, and the body is kept loose so that dancers can easily alternate between hitting the beat or moving through the beat.**
